Our experties:
Powder Coating
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin”. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household appliances, aluminium extrusions, drum hardware, and automobile parts.
Wood Coating
Wood finishing refers to the process of refining or protecting a wooden surface, especially in the production of furniture. Meant for interior use where protection against maximum corrosion and\or chemical resistance is required such as automobile components, electric motor covers, office equipments, glass bottles, bathroom fixtures etc. It is not recommended for exterior use.
Surface Industrial Coatings
An industrial coating is a paint or coating defined by its protective, rather than its aesthetic properties, although it can provide both. They are Coatings for decorative and industrial application such as refrigerators, washing machines, radiators, water heaters, transformer covers, florescent lamps, electronic control boxes etc.
Surfacer
Surfacers are for both interior and exterior uses such as window frames, air-conditioners, façade elements, bumpers, garden furniture, lighting fixtures etc. Surfacers fill surface defects or irregularities. This is necessary to hide any minor imperfections arising from the pressing and assembly process. However, improvements in metal quality have been very significant and this has consequently affected the way surfacers are formulated.
