Piping

TecRadon provides piping installation, and modification and repair services at our customer sites, including prefabrication of piping at our own facilities or at the customer’s location. We offer repairs or modifications of any pressurized system while allowing uninterrupted service. Our Piping services are availed by multiple industries such as oil refineries, chemical processing facilities, oil pipelines, and other industrial pipe applications to install, repair, and maintain industrial piping systems.

At TecRadon, we offer a wide range of services, including:
  • Piping design and engineering : We work with you to design and engineer piping systems that meet your specific requirements.
  • Piping fabrication : We fabricate piping systems using a variety of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel and plastic.
  • Piping installation : We install piping systems in your facility according to your specifications.
  • Piping maintenance and repair : We provide maintenance and repair services for your piping systems to keep them in top condition.

    • Piping maintenence services include hot tapping pipelines, emergency pipeline repairs, offshore piping, wet tapping, valve inserting, line stopping, plumbing, process piping, HVAC, preventative maintenance, in-house CAD design, high-purity piping, laying new pipes, and repairing broken pipes.

    Additional services include pipe freezing, drain jetting, air and water balance, sanitary camera inspection, sanitary locator, orbital welding, poly welding, core drilling, as-built documentation, plot plan development, pipe support engineering, vendor drawing review and approval, stress analysis of piping systems, technical bid evaluation of vendor offers, and technical recommendations.

    We work with piping materials such as steel, plastic, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), composite materials, and stainless steel. Other, unlisted piping services may also be offered depending on the manufacture.
