1. Refractory castable
It is a versatile refractory material which is highly stable in high temperature environments and has excellent thermal expansion, thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance.
2. Kiln Bricks:
Also known as refractory bricks, are used to line the walls of industrial kilns, furnaces, and other high-temperature equipment. There are several types of kiln bricks based on their composition, manufacturing process, and application. These include: Fireclay Bricks, High Alumina Bricks, Silica Bricks, Magnesia Bricks, Zirconia Bricks, Insulating Bricks, Chromite bricks etc.
3. Corundum brick
It is a type of refractory brick made from high-purity corundum materials, which are derived from natural aluminum oxides or synthetic raw materials. Corundum is a mineral with a high melting point and excellent thermal stability, making it an ideal material for high- temperature industrial applications. Corundum brick has high strength, excellent resistance to thermal shock, and good chemical stability against acid and alkaline environments. It can with stand temperatures up to 1800°C and is commonly used in the lining of high-temperature kilns, furnaces, and other industrial equipment where high abrasion resistance and thermal shock resistance are required.
4. Low cement Castable:
Ultra-low cement castable (ULCC) is a specialized type of refractory monolithic material that contains an extremely low amount of calcium aluminate cement (CAC) as a binder. The CAC content in ULCC is typically less than 3% by weight, significantly lower than conventional low cement castables (LCC) that contain around 3-8% CAC.
